We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

We may require email verification or additional identity verification. Accounts with unverified email addresses may have limited functionality.

4. Purchasing Tickets

4.1 Ticket Availability

All tickets are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any particular ticket type or Event will remain available. Ticket prices and availability may change without notice until payment is completed.

4.2 Purchase Process

When you purchase tickets:

  • You are entering into a contract with the Event Organiser for attendance at the Event
  • You are entering into a contract with RavePass for the ticketing and booking service
  • Your purchase is complete only when you receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s)
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud, Terms violations, or if the Event Organiser cannot fulfil the order

4.3 Age Restrictions

Some Events may have age restrictions set by the Event Organiser or required by law. It is your responsibility to check the Event details and ensure you meet any age requirements. Entry may be refused if you cannot provide valid photographic ID proving your age.

4.4 Ticket Limits

Event Organisers may set maximum ticket limits per customer. We reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed these limits without refund of the booking fee.

4.5 Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have certain rights when purchasing online. However, please note that tickets for events with a specific date fall within an exemption, and the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once tickets have been issued. See our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Booking Fees

Our booking fees are:

  • £1.90 per ticket for tickets priced under £35
  • 8% of ticket price for tickets priced £35 or above

Booking fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover services already rendered at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5.3 Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

5.4 VAT

Prices displayed include VAT where applicable at the prevailing rate.

5.5 Payment Failure

If your payment fails, your order will not be processed and no tickets will be issued. You may attempt to purchase again with a different payment method.

6. Ticket Delivery

6.1 Electronic Tickets

All tickets are delivered electronically (e-tickets). We do not issue physical tickets. Upon successful purchase, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your order details sent to your registered email address
  • A PDF ticket attachment with a unique QR code for each ticket purchased
  • Access to your tickets through your RavePass account dashboard

6.2 Ticket Validity

Your ticket QR code is unique and can only be scanned once for entry. Do not share, screenshot, copy, or distribute your ticket. Any duplicate or copied tickets will be void after the first scan, and entry will be refused.

6.3 Lost Tickets

If you lose or delete your confirmation email, you can log into your RavePass account at any time to download your tickets again. We recommend saving your tickets securely before the Event.

6.4 Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@ravepass.co.uk.

7. Event Entry

7.2 Right of Admission

Event Organisers and venues reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

  • Possession of prohibited items (weapons, drugs, professional cameras, etc.)
  • Disruptive, threatening, or antisocial behaviour
  • Health and safety concerns

No refund will be provided if you are refused entry or removed from an Event due to your own conduct or failure to comply with entry requirements.

7.3 Event Changes

Event times, dates, venues, lineups, and running orders are subject to change by the Event Organiser. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email, but we are not responsible for changes made by Event Organisers. Please check the Event details before attending.
