ABOUT THE ARCHES
The Arches project was one of the most successful youth projects in the region, featuring on BBC 1, ITV, 1Xtra, Boiler Room and more. It ran from 2009 till 2020 and is finally back at a new location delivering the same amazing opportunities. It specialises in training, education and creative engagement for young people with a huge focus on the rave, rap and graffiti scenes and is delivered by a team who are all industry professionals with huge amounts of practical knowledge and experience plus in a unique position to be able to offer signposting opportunities into further training, education, studio access, exhibitions, live broadcasting and events. The current programme is for young people ages 11-17 but The Arches project hopes to expand that programme very soon and incorporate podcasting, community radio and live streaming into the activities and opportunities later this year.
