Got my first set of decks when I was 11, starting off with trance until my mate brought some makina round and I was hooked and as the saying goes, the rest was history. Entered and won The New Monkey dj competition when I was 16 but the week before my first solo hour, it was raided and shut down. Over the next year I’d start selling a load of vinyl, DJing at various events and then eventually throwing the towel in. 10 years later, Nathan Quest convinced me to come back and I done a set at Monta, having to borrow all of his vinyl as I never had any decks set up or tunes at this point. I’d do the odd rave for a year after this back to back with Nathan but it wasn’t until December 2021 where I thought I’m going to give it a proper go again and got the technics back out the loft and started buying tunes again. 5 years later I’m still here and still loving it DJing much more than I thought I would be. Played plenty of events over the years like The New Monkey, Hysteria, Rave to the Grave, SoundScape, Clubland, Monta Musica, Velocity and MOB to name a few.
